oregons new eastern oregon unit change for 2026

You can shoot at seals with non lethal objects. There is an official hazer that does it in the Rogue estuary daily. When someone gets a fish on they move in and run off seals and sea lions. That part I checked on with proper authorities several years ago.- Joe Hulburt

I thought for a minute my evening hike was going to get ruined by having to deal with a dead bear.
