im figuring my trip to colorado from oregon is gonna run close to $1000 each way with my dodge 5.9 diesel at 11mpg,,gonna be spendy but at least its for both an elk and a deer.

i seen a guy with a flip up window can am that looked good,but i dont think they make a flip up in glass for the yamaha,,the flip up might be better for dust though creating a positive air flow in the cab when flipped up

a ton of winter habitat all over central and eastern oregon is gone along with summer habitat too,,theres not gonna be much for them to eat this winter,,hard to tell ,but oregon certainly could roll right into a bad winterkill this fall,even if its a mild winter.

it has rear leafs,sway bars[stock] front and rear and airlift 5000 air bags along w 3" lift kit and bilstien 5100 shocks,,i think it will be ok,,but its gonna be a full load.
im over on the rear axle by a little no matter what i do if i have the sxs loaded, and the trailer on,its a full floating rear axle on a 2500 dodge and i have never seen one break yet,,rear tires max out at 3000 each and factory dodge aluminum wheels max out at 3400 lbs each ,im more concerned...
my cow hunt starts in a few weeks,and so far at least the southern part of my unit isnt on fire yet.hopefully they will have things in better shape in a couple of weeks im hoping,,but wouldnt be surprised if they went to full closure with the fires.
