    Have one, and yes, I think it's a capable western deer rifle. Mine has been killing Pa. whitetails for 40 years in mine and my kids' hands and probably 25 years prior in my grampys' hands. The Partition in the Federal Premium 120 grain I would think would be a reasonable round out to 250 or so.

    Just a little flame for this fire. PA also has stops looking for dyed fuel, they fine you if they catch you, owner or operator doesn't matter. Now, here's what really frosts my @$$, we have a very large Amish population, they have tractors for ag and use off road fuel. No problem with that...

    I know that in a number of states motorcycle only check points have been deemed illegal/unconstitutional by the courts, I do not see where diesel only check points would be any different.
