NC Wyoming advice? Bighorns?
area 7 or 19 are my stompin grounds they split up the season on 19 but bulls are good cows are hard. if you bow hunt both are a good bet- cmiddleton

Wyoming bound!!
don't feel bad ID i chased elvis all of bowseasn then when rifle started i shot a spike that still had milk on its lips if i'm going to get him it has to be with my bow i did miss a 6x6 with a drop tine THREE times with the bow you would have thought i was playing pinball the way those arrows...- cmiddleton

Why kill a Wolf ?
because it stepped on private land. any and all that do will be fair game. when i start calling anything that comes in is a predator. pointed ears and a bushy tail yep boom flop. yes jose queero deer and elk do pay for wildlife management in a round about way and they are dieing to do it...- cmiddleton

Amazing things you have experienced while hunting...
my son was only about 5 when we sat on a ridge watching a doe and two fawns grazing in a opening below us. the fawns started playing running and bucking like a saddle bronc. it must have been catchy because the doe started doing it too. the doe ran around then started bucking when she tripped...- cmiddleton

Wyoming: what did you choose?
area 1 is accross the hiway from my dads, i've never drawn it. one winter we had two bulls spend the winter on dads place. good luck, non res hunter might have better odds then locals.- cmiddleton

Rain/Snow in elk country?

Welfare ranchers don`t like Wyoming`s Wolf Plan
to graze land every three years is the most beneficial to the wildlife, it take out the old growth and lets higher quality feed come threw the next year. if you look at not grazing at all it can be a detriment by leaving old growth it will choke out new growth. i have seen this when we ran...- cmiddleton
