    PWS fishing.

    Just got back to Pa after spending 85 days at my cabin in Alaska that's halfway between Valdez and Cordova. Rained almost every day. So I fished almost everyday. Waves permitting. Halibut,rockfish,silvers,pinks and cod. Lots of bears,black and brown.

    Some Good News.

    Got an email from Raven Air saying they're back in business and giving me a 49.00 voucher for being a past customer. They're having a sale right now till January 12th. Flight from Anchorage to the K,enai is only $49 so I guess I fly for free.

    Treated lumber prices and shortages.

    2-2x8x12 and 1- 4x4x8 over 60 bucks at home depot. I had to make sure I wasn't in Valdez. Needed them to finish a project or I would have walked. I really wanted 2x10x16s but all out. Thank goodness. I'd still be crying about the price.
