    Archery smorgasbord!

Im putting together a pile of stuff to sell as a package deal. Extending this out to any Montanans. Im afraid my bowhunting days are done. All my local deer spots have dried up, and I find myself doing other things in September, whereas once I was a elk fanatic. Leaning Upland, fishing, and...

    Garret Pinpoint for tungsten?

Anybody have feedback on using one of the Garret Pinpoint detectors for tungsten shot? Shot a turkey with some TSS 7/9 shot a few days back. The 9's are sneaky small.

Deer collision #7 over the years. This one being the worst. The other trucks mowed them down. Any horror stories with Progressive? Starting the claim process .

    Kibler Longrifle kits?

I'm seriously close to getting myself a kit project. The Kibler longrifles are beautiful and I have come to the conclusion I deserve one.☺️ Has anybody recently bought one of their kits? If so, would you mind sharing your experience? And @BrentD I promise to only use high end bp.

    Automotive question?

Alright, I need feedback. Please offer constructive comments. Bought a '22 Nissan Frontier crewcab new. It's my runner. Trying to preserve the Tundra with 175k. Been very happy with the little truck, it was a fraction of cost versus Taco. Truck now has 50k miles. So early on there was a slight...

    Ever seen this?

I noticed the deer i shot yesterday had a pretty nasty gash on the inside of his shank on a rear leg. Commented to my buddy he must have caught a barb going over a fence. Maybe a couple inches of torn hide. Didn't think much of it until this morning. When I got home yesterday I hung him up...

    Bone saw

Every day reminders. Now I see my trusty bone saw is considered to be vintage.🙄 Yep, archives indicate previous threads. Anybody out there recommend a " m odern" version that is as sturdy as the Pac-Saw, but also has fine/ coarse cutting teeth. Flimsy plastic crap won't cut it.

    For sale: Echo 3s 790-4

Decided to sell this 7 weight. This rod is built with components that resist saltwater corrosion. Action is med/ fast. Tough time getting a picture without glare. I have scrutinized the rod, it is nearly flawless, no nicks , one very faint scuff mark. $225 plus shipping

    Lets see your fishing boat!

I'm curious to see what members have for fishing/hunting boats. Share the specifics if you would. Not interested in ski, wake or any other of the like. I have a 16' War Eagle for fishing. My Honda 25 just gave up the ghost after 20 some odd years. Upgraded to a Honda30 w/trim recently. I added...

    Mystery Ranch Pintler w/ frame

Couldn't find the size but I'm gonna call it a medium. I'm 5'10" with a 34" waist. Pack is clean, and fully functional. I think I packed out one elk, one antelope. It really hasn't been used much, since my main hunting pack was a Metcalf, and now a SG. $300.00 cash Sorry to say, but Montana...

    Grain bin questions?

There is a bunch of annoying " stuff" in my shop and garage that needs to be put elsewhere....tires, garden tools, lawnmower, fertilizer, hoses. Standard fare. Problem is I'm particular about appearance and want a small structure that is unique. So surely I can design something conventional...

Took a trip to the Bair museum in Martinsdale. Wow, amazing display. Attention @BrentD , @shrapnel , and any other antique rifle hawks. Can you identify these firearms?

    Oregan elk damage hunt?

I have a BIL in Oregon who runs a dairy farm. He keeps telling me to come out and harvest an elk. Anybody from Oregon understand the hoops for a non resident to hunt on a residents property using a damage tag or a landowner preference tag? Is the process a pain in the butt? Yeah, I'm lazy... Elk...
