Old guy struggling loading pics - hahaha - anyway, ya we removed the seats, barely got two cots on the floor and rolled the tarp over top of us. the seats on the sides helped give us some height and breathing room. I used two 5 pound bags of lead shot to tie to the sides of the tarp to keep it...- Muskeez

This was a new adventure for us. The deer didn’t cooperate but the camp worked out pretty well. Just had to hunt from the truck on day 1 &2 when the wind was 30-40 mph.- Muskeez

I second the suggestion of Acetazolimide. I get it before any trips over 10k. You start a couple days before, and continue a couple days after you get down. One thing I learned on our first pronghorn hunt is to shift your focus from scent (whitetails) to eyesight. They can see you way better and from way farther away than you think. Just don't get hung up on scent control like you do with whitetails. Take good glass and look over as many as... -

Maybe the resort supplies the rain gear?? If not take "rubber" raingear, the type that you can hose off constantly. Don't take the "guidewear" type of goretex. It never seems to dry off and absorbs odors all week long.- Muskeez

7MM PRC Barnes Loads
I had good groups with ELDX and H4831SC. Didn't get the magical number for speed but got 2850 ish and groups size trumped speed for me. It's a frustrating and rewarding game at the same time.- Muskeez
