how to fix dried, cracked hide?
A couple of my old antelope shoulder mounts have gotten very dry over the years and developed cracks in the hide along the cheeks and on the forehead. Is there a safe way to soften these spots up so I can maybe glue them back to the form? BTW, I just acquired these. This is not my neglect.- searle47

Loose outer horns
I have a few older shoulder mount antelopes on which the outer horns have become detached from the inner horns. What is the best way to readhere them without risking any damage to the surrounding fur?- searle47
