If you're getting it from your weather app then this is it. I don't know what your elevation is but punch the highlighted numbers in for your area and run the numbers again. I would also double check your sight height -

This is my thought at well and why I think it’s perfect that they’re saying corner crossing devalues their land. If it’s devalued due to corner crossing then there’s no way it should be considered ‘ag land’. It’s the same reason why I would love to see FWP get away from bull permits in ‘over... -

I may be way off base with this but if corner crossing did in fact devalue the land, would that prove that it should be taxed differently than being taxed as ag production land? That’s one of my biggest gripes with the turnover of these big ranches. The rich get to buy the hobby land and pay... -

Throttle controller?
I have a pedal commander on my f-150. Wouldn’t have bought it for myself but it was a gift. Works as advertised and I actually find it quite useful in the wintertime as it is pretty squirrelly on the snow/ice. Slowing the pedal response done helps quite a bit- Fire_9
