That’s why I think this whole corner cross is illegal is just them daring the public to call their bluff and believing the public won’t call their bluff. Because the same argument can be made for private corners is the same argument that can be made about 2 public corners. -

Also there is another map in region 5 that’ll come open this fall that has neither other bmas around it and it has the same corner. And you are missing the point that what I posted is ACTIVE meaning anyone can go sign into it TODAY. the others are INACTIVE meaning you can’t sign into them or access them without being a trespasser. No one in state history has been charged with trespassing via corner crossing. And it was accepted until recently. I personally think it’s rich people influencing agencies to say it’s illegal and pressure the public from accessing public land next to the land the landowners own. -

But those aren’t active right now. The one I posted is active and you could go sign in and go on that land today. The others aren’t. So you can’t access the inactive ones to get to an active one. That’s trespassing since no one has permission while it’s inactive -
