    I know im just saying that there have been some wild readings that body builders have gotten specificly on their body fat percentage. Marking them lower then they truly are. They can be the gold standard and still have issues.

    I think it was from just losing weight. You can't strictly just loose fat you are bound to loose muscle as well. You can do your best to offset it by lifting and keeping a high protien intake but you can't stop it completely.

    A not accurate scale. I take it with a grain of salt. I definitely feel weaker than when I was 280 lbs but still have the majority of my muscle at 205 lbs.

    If you reload know that there are gas gun load data and bolt gun data. Don't blow up your gas gun if you get it.

    Sierra TGK experience.

    Worked great in my wife's 6.5 CM. Worked up a gentle load going about 2500 fps. Worked great on pronghorn, deer, and elk out to 400 yards. Had I not discovered Hammer bullets last year I would probably shoot them in all of my guns but I'm switching to monos in all my hunting rigs.
