I grew up on an M. Got used every day, cutting and raking hay, spraying, pulling manure spreader, you name it. Dad still has it and uses it, but only occasionally.
Stainless prop doesn't flex near as much as aluminum. I switched to stainless several years ago and it made my boat feel like a completely different boat. Better hole shot, a little faster top end speed and seems to handle better in rough water. YMMV
Stay away from the east side, Sioux Falls, and the west side , Rapid City, NE has the best fishing, Missouri River is great for walleye, but not so much for crappie. Cost of living is a wild card.
My brother in law owns one. That tells me it is the cheapest s x s available. And he would never mention anything to me about trouble. It is very noisy.
