Yeah, what is a fleshing tool? There was a guy that worked for NAFA, then FHA after nafa went under. He went around to the various state trapping conventions and did fur handling demos. His name was Greg Schroeder. He would casually knock out a coon/yote/beaver/whichever pelt in a few minutes...- shb

What are you using for a fleshing knife? After you get through the learning curve, it should be s breeze. And, a proper knife with matching beam are way better than a power washer until your economy of scale is at hundreds of animals a day.- shb

Prime rib roast
Rub liberally with cavenders Greek seasoning. Put on a cookie sheet, or in a big flat cake pan. Roast at 350° till about 120° in the middle. With practice you'll be able to recognize the proper doneness by sight. Big chunks of taters, and carrots, and onions surrounding it on the baking...- shb
