Hey Howie, I am taking my son deer hunting for the first time in Unit 73. I was curious if you could share any knowledge about the unit? We want to hike and get away from the crowd, and we'd love a good starting point. Really appreciate it in advance.

Awesome write up Howie, So glad to see you getting the young ones in on the action. I drew a Diamond Creek archery tag for 2022 and have never stepped foot in the unit. If you would care to share any info or knowledge that you have of the area, I would appreciate it. I'm a seasoned elk hunter, not looking for any honey holes, just any pointers to get me started with my online research.
    Thanks in advance

Hey there, saw your post on hunting Tex creek last year, how’d it go if you care to say? I’m taking my father in law out there on an a tag. I have been doing a lot of research and talked to the biologist who was quite helpful.
    Thanks much in advance
    Dan
