231 this morning, down 12 in the first month. I never tracked calories before this past month. It has been a big eye opener. Tracking calories and physical activity each day has been my plan.- wihunter12

I'm in. Got on the scale January 5th and weighed 243. Haven't done much the last few months exercise wise. First goal is 220 and will adjust from there. Started tracking calories for the first time and will be doing a mixture of exercise bike, walking and weights.- wihunter12
