Drop Away Rests

Spring turkey....
Last year was the first I've hunted Gobblers. Utah has a draw system for turkeys, so I'll cross my fingers. If I dont draw I might head to CO and hunt there. Otherwise I'll hunt the local canyons with my camera. Todd- Utbowman

I think that for the most part I agree with you DS. There are alot of "shooters" that travel the globe shooting, not hunting. I will say however that "guided hunts" are often just that; hunts. Jigmaker, I dont think you can put a yard mark on unethical shots. The buck that I killed last year was at 58 yards, and the animal only went about 20 yards before expiring. I would feel comfortable with any shot out to about 70 yards with my bow. I would not suggest this shot to most...- Utbowman

Another Antler Question
Since we have been talking about mass and width of muleys on other threads I thought I'd ask how you all felt about things like drop tines, kickers, cheaters, clubs, etc. I prefer a nice typical buck myself, but some guys love those other points. However, I am still kicking myself in the butt...
