That’s really good to know there is a lot of work put into a float hunt. Also I have one guy that is a maybe so two hunters would solve the extra moose tag. Going to have to narrow down my search. Any questions you would have for references that I can’t think of please let me know- streamer

From my research a float is going to give use best chances at higher success or opportunity for each of us. We have each been on an extreme backpack hunts so this is not new but just bigger. Trying to put together a Alaskan moose hunt for two or three of us and there are so many air taxis and transporters. There are float hunts and camp hunts not sure which direction to take. Arizona unit 27 late rifle 11pts
Looking for the best quality hunt for a mature bull. Would rather use rifle to up the odds of success but looks like I am still waiting a few years unless I look to different units -

This is good info I am really going to have to do more research before applying. I may have to talk to my hunting partner and see if other options could be talked about. Such as bow. Only worry is % of success on bow is much less and I have a lot of years invested -

Well like last year trying to draw a late rifle hunt with 11pts. Toprut says 10 will do it but no luck last year. Is there something I am missing or a zone that would be a better draw. Want to go with rifle to up my odds with the years invested probably only be able to do this hunt one more time... -

Got some new bullets found the Fedeal bor lok and the powerbelt aero tip I have been shooting 100 grains triple 7 granulated one is 250 other is 270 grain ideas on how much powder so I don’t waste more rounds getting sited in again?- streamer

Muzzleloader bullet issue?
Was shooting tonight with buddy and going to CO in a week and a half and cannot get either of our guns to shoot consistently with No excuses bullets. 460 grain bullet with 100 grains of powder. Same as I shot 8 years ago but now I have a new Omega and buddy shoots an Oncore. Tried calling him...- streamer

Colorado elk tag
Drew my muzzleloader elk tag for Colorado and have not drawn in quite a few years things have changed since then. Do I now have to call them or some how pay online for that tag or is it automatically billed to my CC. I only see the $9 charge for application -

Got a tear in my shoulder a month in a half before my bow hunt in CO and had to teach myself to shoot left handed with my right hand bow. It can be done. Turn your quiver upside down and straight up. And missed a 4x4 at 40 yards right under his belly. It would have been cool to have a pic with... -

Holy crap this point creep is getting brutal. Where do you see the minimum points to draw stats. Toprut only seeing 2017 stars. Maybe I’ll draw when I’m 50 in three years. Maybe I need to put the bow back into my hands. Would just like to up my percentage odds of killing with rifle or muzzleloader
