Colorado Mule Deer Unit 18, 28, 37, and 371
Im in those units now scouting. Ive seen most of the deer at 10k elevation. Its a weird area but i bet if a guy learned it and hiked his but off itll happen -

Kansas mule deer
I live in nw kansas and will be trying my luck as well. Ill be hitting all the walk in to the west. Depending on the time of year and how late harvest goes itll effect the whitetails atleast. Im new to mulies as well but im going to hunt them just like i do white tail. Pure luck.... -

It can be cold to warm. It's a season that can see big swings from what I've read. It'll be my.first trip so want to be prepared for the worst. Side to side movement in pack?
It's only when I add the rifle. I've tried every torso adj with same results just tighter vs less weight/pressure. I'm 5,7 and torso at 17ish. Side to side movement in pack?
Just got a exo 3500 bag. I've got a short torso and feel I have the bag adjusted correctly. I white tail hunt with a stand etc on my back same style suspension its 37 to 40 pounds a day just no frame and it doesn't move around as much. I'm going by myself and in the same situation I chose unit 181. From what I've seen no matter where you go with a low point or zero point draw you'll be in the companies of others. More than welcome to join me.
