Yeah it seems like I may have called too much and got too eager on the movement. I like the moving the leaves idea, didn’t do that and may have made the difference with the short window I had with the weather. Hopefully will have a better outcome in the coming weeks

I would agree. If you shoot a pronghorn buck that’s been chasing does all day, probably going to be a little tougher. I’ve had a pronghorn doe that tasted almost as good as the elk I shot the year prior!
