Weird… too many G bears in the Madison and Gravs?
I don’t derive there are too many from this article, I do from the ridiculous number of gbears that live there. I’ve personally been charged twice, sent a buddy to a spot in the gravelly range last year, he saw 7 opening day, not to mention all the maulings the last few years.- mikemulligan32

Archery Elk in the Gravelly Range of SW Montana
That area gets hammered pretty hard by hunters. Ive found a pretty good spot that seems to hold elk year round and I've taken 3 bulls out of that area. That being said very little success in September due to hunting pressure, I've called in WAY more bulls the last week of archery in there...- mikemulligan32
