Hi, archery is illegal to hunt with, muzzleloaders are legal but I think it’s very difficult to achieve the legal muzzle velocity to hunt. Shotgun, Rimfire and centrefire. Centre fire has to achieve a minimum muzzle velocity and bullet weight to be deer legal. .243 is minimum deer legal calibre... -

Hunting in the US seems very different to here in England. I have permission on 4 privately owned farms local to me that I can go anytime and shoot as many deer as I want. The farmers just want the deer kept under control. From what I have seen the US is far stricter with Tags etc.
