It’s interesting you say that. I plan to do the same. I found some army corp ground that surrounds a lake down here. I have a little duck boat that was given to me, so I plan to infil & exfil all over the place to learn it. Try to kill some does and see what kind of hidden bucks are out...- Lostinthewoods

This is interesting to me that every financial advisor you talk to says that. My data is probably old, but depending on the entity investing the pension I thought the average rate of return on pensions hovered around 7%.
