Wyoming Bison hunt
Congrats. Great recap. I may never go another big game hunt as am mid-60s though a bighorn ram tag or a bison tag in my hand would make it very difficult for me to stay home. Both are so iconic for America big game along with the pronghorn.- LopeHunter

I second the idea of seasoning before cook. My father-in-law grew up eating fresh beef in Montana and swore you can never over-season a steak prior to cooking. Which western states have been disproportionately good to you in drawing tags?
WY has been good for me as a non-resident. Migration tags 3x for bull elk and 1x for buck mule deer. Another bull elk on leftover list. 2x first choice buck pronghorn and 3x as 2nd choice buck pronghorn. Which western states have been disproportionately good to you in drawing tags?
In the prior much larger non-resident pool years ago was very good to me. Seemed to pull a good tag every other year. Pronghorn, Coues and mule deer. I think was mucking around by USO that blew up things for unguided non-residents. One tag since that change though was my first NM bull elk tag.- LopeHunter
