If I was in your position Fire9 I would just drink those cold ones floating in there!! I had a gravity filter from LifeStraw and it clogged up on me. The time it took me to take it apart, clean it, and put it all back my buddy had already filled 2 Liters with the befree. That is all I carry now...- KilZdonk

Haha ya he’s a happy dog! But I was running him on a back road and I’m not sure what he seen I’m guessing a gopher… but when he ducked the barbed wire fence he nearly split his ear in half. He was bleeding like a pig but was mad at me for ending his run shortly after 😂- KilZdonk

Bow Sling or No?
Exactly... If I'm trying to get somewhere my bow is strapped to my pack, if I'm hunting or moving slowly its ready to rock in hand -
Son needs a rifle for deer hunting
grew up with 25-06 myself. Better than a 6.5 and recoil is not bad at all. Used this cartridge on everything from coyotes to elk.- KilZdonk

What tips on your treking poles?
I like metal tips for the grip but its very noisy on the rocks. I agree with shaffe about sinking in. Do you guys use rubber? how do they perform?- KilZdonk
