NM Barbary Sheep
They certainly have a mixed reputation, mostly bad for rams. I shot a ewe similar in size to mdjunkie's above, and it was very good, no off flavor. I have no experience with rams.- jrabq

The river is typically very slow in January and today was looking to follow that pattern with nothing flying.
