    A nice opportunity during my squirrel hunt! There was four of them playing around in a prairie grass field on public .The way the area was torn up I was sure there would be a kill nearby. Couldn't find one . Must be a female coming into heat early.

    Another interesting WY public access case

    If the grantor successfully sues to prevent access to public land if the grantee uses the easement. Couldn't that also mean the grantee would not be able to access any public land even if it butts up to the grantee's land ? After all , the easement was at one point used to get there.

    Well this is new to me

    The price is sure right. Less than $100.00 a piece for 1st time buyers. All 10 could hunt here for about what it costs for one of us to hunt there. I could see the group returning to Montana with a whole different idea of what poor pubic land hunting is REALLY like.

    If the ten of them get disgusted enough with Wisconsin public , they can hurry to get to the Custer for the last day or two of Montana's 5 week rut gun season and fill there trailer . The rut came to an abrupt end here last weekend but should still be going strong in region 7
