Hopefully three. Idaho, Montana, Colorado are pretty much locks burning a small mtn worth of elk points in Colorado. Slim chance for Wyoming, Az, nm etc.
Hey all, due to factors out of my control I won’t be able to hunt my usual haunts in central Idaho. I’ve always heard the turkey population is much higher in N Idaho but only got to hunt on some private up around Grangeville years ago. Is it doable on public land up north? Any general areas to...
Anybody own one? Is it worth the money? Seems it would save a fair amount of time. My old grinder is about done and deciding if I’m at the buy once cry once point.
Sorry to hear that. Not that it helps the current situation but I keep an AirTag in my truck. Not sure if it would help recover it as I’m sure you can defeat the tech but small piece of mind.
Yeah staying patient and taking the time but still not seeing much for bucks. One 24ish inch 160 type buck but that’s been the extent of deer. Seeing bulls left and right that’s for sure.
I am praying for snow, have the rest of today and this will be the last scouting trip before the hunt starts. Only managed a few does this morning and the worlds smallest two point.
Also plan on updating this thread as the hunt goes. This is my sons tag so don’t have as much time as I would like but we’ll be hunting the next two weeks as much as we can.
