SWFA Black Friday sale

I drew a rifle buck tag the first year I applied. You always have a chance. That said I wouldn't count on drawing that soon unless it's archery deer.- Grundy53

Colorado driver kills 47 antelope
Trains take out a lot of game animals. My buddy drives trains and said if there is a herd of elk on the track they are done. You aren't stopping a train. -

Or instead of younger guys watching too many shoot em up movies. Maybe it's our young men returning from serving our country in the Iraq and Afghanistan. Maybe they are using what they are familiar or comfortable with.- Grundy53

For the most part I hunt with a bolt action but I've used one of my AR's (.450 bushmaster) a few times hunting the thick western Washington terrain. My dad uses one in 6.5 grendel fairly often. I'm planning on building a lightweight 6.8 spc specifically for deer hunting. They aren't better than...- Grundy53
