    I started to read this because I thought it was a joke. It wasn't! I always wait to turn on the irrigation pump as late as humanly possible. I'd rather fish, turkey hunt and look for elk sheds in the spring, but I guess you do you! You guys sound like an episode of "King of the Hill". :)
