Those are very good points, but a hunting rig is what im going for. I really only practice out to 500 these days, thats what my local range goes to.

After taking my brass out of the corn media I went to go resize all the brass and found this cracked case mouth. All of this brass was nosler factory loads. Have yall seen this before?
After putting the fingernail polish on the case head I thought it looked thick so I plan on tumbling it and seeing if that thins it out some if not I may go over it with some super fine sand paper

I have killed a few deer with bergers and it was quite devastating. If you go that route I don't recommend shoulder shots up close. I haven't used barnes yet but I do have some loaded up to try.
