    I have a great pair of Shnees and my wife has Kenetreks. But when we get a few inches of snow that gets all melty during the day- I switch to insulated muck boots. Only thing I have found to keep my feet dry. Horrible arch support and horrible traction but I have over 1000 miles on this pair...

    I noticed the wind blowing across my suppressor when hiking cause a coke bottle effect… I need to add a dot of tape or?

    Aftermarket bumper

    Use a move bumper on the rear of my truck, ranch hand on the front. I am considering adding a plow which might require a Move front. The old style ranch hand are pretty heavy.

    I thought about your post as we hiked a block management yesterday. We hiked from 2: in the afternoon to sunset about 4 miles, and then back in the dark 29759 steps I am told. Only house I saw was 5-6 miles out. Very different world.

    My rifle seems to like bullets on the thicker side. I have been waiting for the federal terminal ascent to come around in stock but none before hunting season. I might need a slower powder .

    If the engine is out, any reason to not flip over pull the pan and free the crank? Would seem easier than cutting pressure plate.

    I have a noco gbx75 that I take on any trip. I have used it on 24v systems for a little extra and it has worked well.

    .300 WSM - a sweet spot?

    Winchester stainless in 300wsm with a can, shooting 200 grain bullets. It is a little heavy but comfortable to shoot and very accurate. If I was to build, I would likely go 300wsm but cut back to 20 with the can and go lighter. 168 Ttsx or 175 lrx would be my preference.
