    Totally agree. The program I work for at full staffing is 86 employees, as of today, we're down 50%, 43 left. We lost 18 field folks the last 2 weeks, most were 20+ year employees, a handful were only a couple years in and bagged it. I can't blame any of them for making the choices they have...

    They increased type 6 licenses, or more accurately eliminated type 4's and made them all type 6's. IIRC, I think the overall harvest was about 500 more than usual...still not even close to enough to control the herd out there.
