Basically brand new. I really like the boots but bought them in a size that is a hair too big. Only worn one time but I'm having a difficult time exchanging them since I bought them online. They retail for $360 but I'm asking $300 plus shipping, I just need to get something that works for me and the Guide model has never let me down. Thanks.
