They have been pissing me off on other things too.

Our bank has gone through 3 sales but the same people still run the branch. We've used them for probably 30-40 years. It's gone from a personal, friendly bank from where everyone knows your name and family to a really crappy environment with tellers at the TWO windows that barely speak English. BMO runs repetitive TV ads telling people how great they are. Bullshit, they suck.
