Wyoming unit 23

Looking at applying for a tag here next year. I have access to private land so my question is what are the odds of drawing a NR buck tag in this unit. Thanks for your input.

Every year is different, but this fall draw outcomes were 100% with 1 preference point, 27% with 0 preference points for unit 23 type 1; and 100% with 0 preference point and 100% for random draw for unit 23 type 2.

Like Brittany already said, 23-2 is private land only. 23-1 is unit wide.
