Headed to wyoming this fall on my first antelope hunt, wondering if anybody has hunted unit 20. We applied for unit 57 because that is where my dad hunted before, but through research and many phone calls I found the backup plan on a small private ranch in unit 20. The hunt is all oyo we are camping at the ranch. We all have any sex tag and two doe fawn tags. Looking forward to having fun in October, any advice for a newbie antelope hunter?

Shoot straight, practice long .Most shots I have taken were 200 to 400 yards.Never hunted unit20 but have hunted close a few times. You should see lots of animals.

practice longer shots but everything is simple dont over think hunt, you will all tag out! i would offer some gear advice: leather gloves and knee pads and a extra gas can...you will see why

Good luck you will have a blast. And get the hide off and meat cooked down ASAP. It is fine eating. My favorite so far. I can't wait to get back to wyoming.
