So, since we drew elk tags and not deer or 'Lopes we applied for Left over 'Lope tags..... NO luck. Now we decided to try for the First come, first serve Doe lope tags. I mean really, we're right there, I've never killed a lope, Cheap tags, why not try for a lope tag.
So today is the day... After midnight 12:01 we can Fax in the application.......... 55 minutes into trying to fax and.... Jack Chit. I had to go to bed finally........ tried one last time and got a busy signal so I left. I get back tothe office at 5:55AM and the Papers are through the fax. Did they go through while I eas gone ?!?!?!?! I'm doubting it, they had no luck before. Still wierd not to see the tray. I know for Dam well no one was in from the 5 hours I was at home trying to sleep
I either had the Wrong # or my lucks ran out I think. I tried re-faxing them to see if I could squeeze in this morning but time and time again busy. Looks like Lope meat isn't on the Menu' this year I'll try again this morning I guess.
