Wy leftovers tags

Anyone got wy elk leftover tags in mail yet? Still ain't got my friends and mine cow tags. Thinking about bugging them if they dont get here soon, makes me nervous will all the screw-ups this year.

What screwups might that be? The only one I'm aware of was caused by their credit card vendor after a person's transaction left their website and went to the cc vendor site. They did a very nice job of tracking and correcting those mistakes that weren't even theirs IMHO!
