Like new. It hasn't seen much use. I had it in a 7mm-08 for a while but only shot it at the range; it's a good scope, just don't really have any plans for it so I figured I'd try to sell it.
As the title indicates, it's a 4x12 with a 40mm objective. Duplex reticle. It's in very good condition. I also have the box, scope covers, owners manual. $195 shipped. See pics.
