Withdrawing an app in WY

Question...maybe I'm missing it in the regs. I put in the WY pronghorn draw as the party leader, but my friends that were supposed to come with me can't now. Is it somehow possible to cancel my application and get a refund and points reinstated since the draw deadline hasn't happened yet?

Yes, but you will lose your application fee.

After you log in, it's the "View Previously Submitted Applications" button at the bottom of the page, then Modify and you can withdraw from there.
