Why I love labs

One of my passion is silently hunting with labs.
I have always been impressed with their speed:


Their endurance:


Their toughness in gnarly cover and recovery of cripples:


Their willingness to make long swims in below zero temperatures:


And their versatility hunting in all types of landscapes and all types of birds.




I also enjoy the simplicity of summer training in a lawn environment of any water body with a couple of bumpers.

I’ve sure enjoyed this thread!

I feel blessed to have spent some of my life with a couple of great dogs…labs.

My wife says we’re not getting another one. I told her one day I will get another one even if it means I have to get another wife!

Joking there…but I love them. Hunting with them and living with them.
