You can’t kill what’s not in your area. You have to keep that in mind.

yep. Find a nice cute slender girl (>#2... <385#) with a few hundred acres of bottom ground and you will become a much better WT hunter almost overnight... if the bottom ground is inside of a red area.

I miss all the big ones over 180" I cannot keep my composure at under 30 yards.
This one I have on digital format, 174++. But those big ones just turn me to mush.

I'm not sure what that has to do with lying about it. I love hunting deer all over their range every year but I would not feel I had to misrepresent a buck from areas with lower trophy potential.

That's a really cool looking buck wherever it came from (I usually attribute those main beam spills to Sask.) Can't tell if it is broke or what.

Boy there are some absolute slammers on here! I've never killed a really big one. Most deer in the Adirondacks top out around 120" or less (with the occasional exception). Here's my best. Never really had him measured, but when I did it myself from online directions, I think I came up with 115" or so. He was 5.5 years old and I shot him on the top of a ledgy mountain and it wasn't always clear whether I was dragging him out, or he was dragging me... One of the best eating bucks I've killed too!
