Caribou Gear Tarp

Whats your 2019 plans

Burn my Wyoming points on antelope and mulies.
Keep building CO points for deer and elk
Hunt whitetails in SW VA
Maybe hunt southern Ohio, never been but it is otc
Got invited to buddies hunting camp in Adirondacks, like to be able to squeeze that in
Where in the Adirondacks. I live in upstate NY only 2 hours away.

Montana mule deer (since I officially got a deer combo via alternates list ) , mule deer b and cow elk , Gonna be a good fall . ND archery whitetail , and rifle/muzzleloader whitetail with my landowner tag

Hoping for this to be a busy fall.

Main goal this year will be to kill my first elk. As an experienced hunter, this has been long overdue. I turned 40 this year so time to double down.

Planned hunts:

Saskatchewan (SK) OTC archery mule deer here at home
SK OTC elk (if i don't draw)
WY Type 1 elk somewhere in the Bighorns
WY Type 1 antelope
SK OTC whitetail

Tentative hunts:

SK OTC Moose if time permits and i don't draw moose tag.
MT Deer/elk combo and a archery Breaks LEH tag (if for some reason i don't draw in WY).

Longshots:

SK draw elk
SK draw moose
SK draw antelope
NM elk (swing for the fences)

My plans have changed a bit, well a lot. Didn't draw anything in WY or NM, so replaced that with A MT big game combo and leftover MT archery antelope. Sask draws were mostly a bust too. Thought i had everything set, then this past week i took advantage of a great opportunity and booked a cancelation central barren ground caribou hunt in Nunavut! Driving to Yellowknife tomorrow and flying into caribou camp on Monday. Current fall plans look more like this:

Planned Hunts:
Nunavut Caribou
Alberta elk (on the way home from Nunavut)
Saskatchewan (SK) OTC archery mule deer here at home
MT general deer/elk/archery antelope
SK OTC whitetail
SK draw muley does (with my kids)
