What set up do you have for your tripod to be able to use it for a gun rest?

Something like this, and I just screwed a quick connect into it.

Just goes to show, you can never have enough kits.

1. Lots of snacks;
2. Either too much or not enough water;
3. Missing my rain gear when it rains;
4. Somehow just enough TP so I don't have to rip off a shirt sleeve or two;
5. An odd number of latex gloves;
6. Leftover snacks from the previous 5 seasons;
7. As much FA stuff as I've carried in warzones (I somehow expect the animals to shoot back?!); and
8. Finally, its missing whatever important piece of gear that I'd strapped to it and that must've fallen off between where I needed it and the truck.

...in reality, toilet paper, some gloves, a hat, a light, tags/pen, knife, matches/lighter, small firstaid kit, some water and snakes, a space blanket, some ammo, bino's, .270 Win., a compass.
