What to do with old pack frame?

I have an old Kelty Trekker external frame pack. I have retrofitted it with a home-tied paracord net apparatus and it does well for packing meat. The straps are starting to break down, and the actual "pack" part is definitely showing some wear and tear.

The frame itself is very lightweight, therefore I'd hate to throw it away if there's a way to buy old straps, pack parts etc. It seems that most things are fastened to the frame with some sort of 1/4 inch diameter pin system. Does anyone know of any articles of people retrofitting/modifying or getting creative with building a pack on an old frame? Better yet, does anyone know where to buy parts that can be used in such an endeavor?

I'd start here.

See what they have available in parts before you reinvent the wheel. If no luck then i'd prowl the classifieds and used gear sales and FB marketplace to see if you can make a "Frankenpack" that used to be a thing on RoS where people cannibalized multiple packs to create a custom solutuion.
