Pots and Pans to Use

I just bought a Cuisinart set... So far I like them!!!

Cast Iron here can do more with them then the new stuff out there.

I have a frying pan with a glass lid that I really like. I always hated having to lift the lid a dozen times.

You know when I bought my new pans I was kinda upset that they did not have glass lids, our other ones did... We are saving those for backups

Calaphon are my favorite, I just got new set last year, it was time had the other ones for 20 years.
Plus they say it's not good to cook in teflon anymore. So they had to go.

What's wrong with teflon now? I am behind in the what's going to kill you apparently.

go to Web MD and do a search...They say the Teflon gets into your food when ever you cook in it....
