What can you learn.

Where to begin? Don't hunt on the line, hunt public ground, pick up and move ASAP, the land owner doesn't reflect himself as being the sharpest tool in the shed, it should be easy to outsmart the guy and still have a successful hunt.

Just read where both parties got charged in this incident. I was expecting it to play out like that. Hopefully teach them both a lesson. We aren't enemies gentleman. Just have a conversation and seek peace not justice.. where have I heard that before.
 
I thankfully have never been close to an encounter like this. This is insane to me. I'm cool with hunting on the line, but better be sure you are FULLY on your side. Can't believe that landowner's heart hasn't exploded yet. Good lord.
