Won't happen. They are already damn near giving the property away. At least compared to what most outsiders are use to. To me, the land prices are outrageous. Currently, the billionaires in Colorado and Western Montana must be pushing out the millionaires and they found the Black Hills. Just playgrounds for the rich. Hell, if I had the cash I would do the same thing. Wouldn't you? My very own hunting preserve. I like the sound of that. They just do what everyone else wishes they could, I suppose.
