@Oak said that they posted them on Monday morning last year, but doing some Facebook stalking last year they posted at 4:37 PM on Facebook that the draw results were available on the portal. Not sure if they posted them on the portal earlier than they posted on Facebook or what. It hasn't ever mattered to me before so I haven't paid much attention! LOL.
