Application dates are changing for 2023. Your 2022 license will not be valid for applications in 2023, negating the option to use one license for 2 application years. As a reminder, you don't need a license to hunt with a big game permit in UT, it's only needed to apply (page 17).

Disregard, I now see the 2023 application period is expected to be March 23- April 27.
